In a world that often moves faster than we can keep up with, navigating life’s ups and downs can sometimes feel impossible. And for women trying to conceive, or working through cycle irregularities, menstrual symptoms, or hormonal imbalance, it can feel even more challenging. Our bodies are intrinsically linked through stress, sleep, digestion and when one becomes disrupted, the others often follow, including the very hormones that we need to thrive.
At Yin Space, my mission is to provide a nurturing and peaceful sanctuary where women can restore their hormonal balance and take ownership of their fertility, through the ancient practice of acupuncture. I'm dedicated to supporting women's unique physical and emotional needs, offering not just treatment, but real information, clinical insight, and clear signposting for those trying to conceive or struggling to understand what their body is telling them.
In the ancient teachings of Chinese Medicine, Yin nourishes, nurtures, holds, and supports. It's fundamental to female health, and particularly to the conditions that affect conception, from cycle irregularity and hormonal imbalance to “unexplained” infertility. For the record, I prefer the term “unexplored” rather than “unexplained”.
Yin Space is founded on exactly that, because when you're trying to understand your health, your body needs support, not pressure.

Women’s-health & fertility focused acupuncturist & founder of Yin Space.
With clinics in Horley, Surrey and Marylebone, London, Yin Space is an acupuncture practice dedicated to supporting women's health, an area I found myself drawn to throughout my studies at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in Reading, where I completed my degree with honours and a Postgraduate Diploma in Gynaecology, Fertility & Obstetrics with distinction. I’m currently studying towards an Advanced Fertility accreditation.
Yin Space is built on a simple ethos: to support women through the shifts in life, whether that's navigating challenging menstrual health, working through fertility struggles, managing a gynaecological condition, facing mental health challenges, or simply needing a moment to land and breathe.
Fertility sits at the core of what I do. I specialise in supporting women through IVF, frozen embryo transfer, natural conception, and hormonal recovery, alongside conditions like PCOS, endometriosis and autoimmune-related fertility issues that directly affect the ability to conceive. Many of these conditions are complex and often under-diagnosed, and I've developed a particular focus on supporting women through them with evidence-informed acupuncture and personalised clinical care.
Female health specialists have an important role to play within healthcare, offering information, guidance and support to women who too often come away from the medical system feeling confused or dismissed. Whether it's fertility, cycle issues, or simply wanting to feel more like yourself again, knowledge is genuinely empowering and I’m proud to integrate biomedical understanding with holistic know-how.

How can acupuncture support fertility.
Acupuncture for fertility and female health in Horley, Surrey and Marylebone, London
Through the gentle, painless placement of needles across specific points on the body, acupuncture is an ancient practise of medicine that can address an array of health concerns. These needles influence and regulate the flow of energy (known as Qi, pronounced chee), which helps to promote the release of endorphins, reduce inflammation and pain, calm stress, improve fertility outcomes, and better gynaecological and menstrual conditions.
Acupuncture has become more and more renowned, particularly within the field of fertility, a modality that I specialise in and offer at both Horley and London clinics.
Western medicine has so much to offer, from IVF to IUI and beyond, but for couples on the sometimes challenging rollercoaster of trying to conceive, acupuncture can help offer a missing piece of the puzzle. Whether that’s through ongoing treatment to improve their own health, or through sign posting and recommendations through our discussions in clinic, my ultimate goal is always to help people find a way through the noise and overwhelm, and navigate their way to and through a healthy pregnancy.
Due to my further training within gynaecology and fertility, I’m part of the Acupunture Fertility Network. I’m also currently working towards accreditation as an Advanced Fertility Practitioner which places specific focus on the link between Chinese Medicine and reproductive immunology.

Yin Space Marylebone will be located at 75 Cavendish Street, W1G 7LS. It is a 5-minute walk from prestigious Harley Street as well as renowned fertility/IVF clinics including The Evewell, The Lister, CRGC and The London Women’s Clinic.
