At Yin Space, my mission is to provide a nurturing and peaceful sanctuary where women can restore their balance, reset their nervous system, and reclaim their energy through the healing practice of acupuncture. I'm dedicated to supporting women's unique physical and emotional needs, offering not just treatment, but real information, clinical insight, and clear signposting for those trying to conceive or struggling to understand what their body is telling them.
In the ancient teachings of Chinese Medicine, Yin nourishes, nurtures, holds, and supports. Women’s-health & fertility focused acupuncturist & founder of Yin Space.
With locations in Horley, Surrey and Marylebone, London, Yin Space is an acupuncture clinic dedicated to supporting women’s health, an area I found myself drawn to throughout my studies at the prestigious College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in Reading where I achieved my degree with honours and Post Graduate Diploma in Gynaecology, Fertility & Obstetrics with distinction.
Yin Space is founded on the desire to supporting women through the shifts in life - whether that’s navigating challenging menstrual health, working through fertility struggles, dealing with gynaecological conditions, facing mental health wobbles or simply needing a moment to land and breathe.
Fertility is at the core of Yin Space. Many of my patients with are navigating gynaecological conditions such as PCOS and endometriosis that directly impact their ability to conceive, and I’ve developed a specialism in supporting women through these complex and often under-diagnosed conditions.
Female health specialists have such an important role to play in providing information, guidance, and support to women who are often left feeling confused or dismissed by conventional care. Whether it's navigating fertility, menstrual cycle issues, or simply wanting to feel more like yourself, knowledge can be deeply empowering.
One of the things I love most about being an acupuncturist is the opportunity to really get to know people. I learn something new from every patient I treat, and I feel so honoured to be able to support women through some of the hardest and most transformative chapters of their lives.

How can acupuncture support fertility.
Acupuncture for fertility and female health across Surrey and London
Through the gentle, painless placement of needles across specific points on the body, acupuncture is an ancient practise of medicine that can address an array of health concerns. These needles influence and regulate the flow of energy (known as Qi, pronounced chee), which helps to promote the release of endorphins, reduce inflammation and pain, calm stress, improve fertility outcomes, and better gynaecological and menstrual conditions.
Acupuncture has become more and more renowned, particularly within the field of fertility, a modality that I specialise in and offer at both Horley and London clinics.
Western medicine has so much to offer, from IVF to IUI and beyond, but for couples on the sometimes challenging rollercoaster of trying to conceive, acupuncture can help offer a missing piece of the puzzle. Whether that’s through ongoing treatment to improve their own health, or through sign posting and recommendations through our discussions in clinic, my ultimate goal is always to help people find a way through the noise and overwhelm, and navigate their way to and through a healthy pregnancy.
Due to my further training within gynaecology and fertility, I’m part of the Acupunture Fertility Network. I’m also currently working towards accreditation as an Advanced Fertility Practitioner which places specific focus on the link between Chinese Medicine and reproductive immunology.
